What is your return policy?
You may return unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. For more information on our return policy, please read here.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We currently ship orders within the United States and offer Free Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders less than $75, we offer flat-rate priority shipping of $10. Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 days from date of shipment. If you are an international customer, shipping will be a flat rate of $20.

How long will it take to get my product?
If the product is in stock, we will ship out the piece generally within 5-7 days. If you elect priority shipping, we estimate that it will arrive within 2 days from date of shipment. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.

Something broke off the piece. Can you fix it? 

When you register for our warranty, we are happy to provide complimentary repairs due to breakage or damage for one year from the date of purchase. 

Where are you located?
Denisa Piatti Jewellery is based in Washington, DC. All of our pieces are designed and handcrafted in our studio.

What is the black metal?

The black metal is oxidized sterling silver that has patina on it which occurs naturally over time if you don’t clean your silver. Denisa Piatti uses a process to speed up the oxidation to add to its optical value and change its appearance. It allows Denisa to show the material in a different light and also highlight the contrast in color with the acrylic she uses.

Does the acrylic lose color over time?

No, the acrylic stays the same hue for a long time.

The piece seems pretty fragile. Does it break easily? 

If you treat your jewelry with respect, it will live with you forever. Acrylic is an industrial material and silver is a fine meta. The two are meant to last and withstand wear and tear. However, if exposed to rough handling, it might give in.
