Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your piece as much as we do. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are unable refund gift cards.

Made to order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All discounted purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

Return Process

Email info@denisapiatti.com with your reason for the return. Please include the following information in your email:

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Your refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s). 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Exchange Process

Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please mail your product to: Denisa Piatti Jewellery, 975 F St. NW, Attn: Main Reception Desk, Washington, DC 20004.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
